I need more! When I am patient I appreciate all the stages of a flowering shrub. I need to take that same patience and appreciation apply it to my daily doings.

I think with all the craziness swirling around us and even with lots of time available we’re still having trouble relaxing. I’m going to close my eyes and imagine a time when I was really relaxed and try and bring that to my now.

Organize

Just what’s in my hula hoop!

Even last night as I was writing my intentions for the week I thought today I would wake up, rush through my morning habits and organize my studio. All supplies from school are home. It does need a BIG sort out. Then I turned on the news for just minutes. Every overwhelming thought started swirling around me. I need to remember I can only do what’s in my hula hoop and be the best me possible. The best way I can organize is in very small chunks and help others anyway I can.
