I had a Reiki session Thursday, one of the things she saw was me “riding a bike – putting my hands out feeling free, by the sea saving starfish one at a time by throwing them back in. As you help and heal people, you are helped too.”

She also said, “speaking up is a way to take back your power.”

This piece has been on my studio table for quite a while. I really didn’t know where it was going. I added the starfish and am now happy with it.
